This Privacy Policy explains how Brixx Games Studio and its affiliates ("Brixx Games Studio," "we," "us," or "our") collect, use, store, and share information in connection with the mobile game BoxTrail (the "Game").

This Privacy Policy applies to the Game, related websites and support pages for the Game, and any related services that link to this Privacy Policy.

 2. Information We Collect

 A. Information stored locally on your device

The Game stores certain gameplay and settings data locally on your device, including:

- current level and gameplay progress

- total stars and related progression values

- music and vibration/shake settings

- ad pacing state, such as completed levels and the next interstitial timing

- whether you accepted the in-game consent flow

This local data is typically stored using Unity/local app storage mechanisms such as PlayerPrefs.

 B. Gameplay and app analytics data

We use analytics tools, including Firebase Analytics, to understand how the Game is used and to improve gameplay balance, stability, features, and monetization. Depending on your device and configuration, analytics data may include:

- app interactions and gameplay events, such as level starts, level completions, hint usage, skips, restarts, deadlocks, and elapsed time

- device and app information, such as app version, approximate region derived by service providers, device identifiers or app instance identifiers used by analytics providers, crash/performance context, and general technical diagnostics

- internet connectivity status used for gameplay and reward-flow analytics

We do not use this analytics data to directly identify you by name in the Game.

 C. Advertising-related data

The Game uses Google AdMob to load and show rewarded ads and interstitial ads. AdMob and its partners may collect or receive data such as:

- advertising identifiers, including the Android Advertising ID when available

- IP address

- device and app information

- ad interaction and performance data

- approximate location inferred from IP address

This data may be used to provide, measure, and improve ads, prevent fraud, and comply with legal requirements. Depending on the user, device, region, and consent state, ads may be personalized or non-personalized.

 D. Google Play Games Services data

If you choose to use Google Play Games Services, Google may process information related to your Google account and Play Games profile in order to provide sign-in and game services. Through Google Play Games Services, the Game may use:

- sign-in/authentication state

- achievements and leaderboard interactions

- cloud save / Saved Games data

For cloud save, the Game may store gameplay progress and certain gameplay settings with Google Play Games Services, such as:

- highest unlocked level

- star count

- music setting

- vibration/shake setting

Google handles certain information directly under its own privacy terms.

 E. Support, legal, and web-request information

If you contact us through our website, support channel, or account deletion/contact page, we may collect the information you choose to provide, such as your email address and the contents of your request.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to:

- operate, maintain, and improve the Game

- save your progress locally and, where enabled, through Google Play Games cloud save

- provide gameplay features such as hints, level progression, achievements, and leaderboards

- display and manage rewarded ads and interstitial ads

- measure engagement, balance level difficulty, and improve performance and stability

- detect abuse, invalid traffic, fraud, and technical issues

- comply with legal obligations and enforce our rights

4. When We Share Information

We may share information with service providers and platform partners that process data on our behalf or provide core services for the Game, such as:

- Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads

- Firebase Analytics

- Google Play Games Services

- Unity and related platform/runtime providers where technically necessary

We may also disclose information:

- when required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request

- to protect the rights, property, or safety of users, us, or others

- as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or asset sale

We do not sell personal and sensitive user data.

5. Legal Bases and Consent

- maintain gameplay progress and cloud save functionality

Data stored locally on your device generally remains until you delete it, clear app storage, or uninstall the Game.

Cloud save and platform-linked data handled through Google Play Games Services may remain subject to Google's retention and deletion practices unless overwritten, deleted through Google, or otherwise removed in accordance with applicable platform processes.

If you contact us directly, we may keep correspondence and request records as reasonably necessary to respond to you, investigate issues, and comply with legal obligations.

 7. Account Deletion and Data Deletion Requests

At this time, BoxTrail does not require users to create a standalone in-game account using a username, email address, or password. If you request deletion of personal data submitted directly to us through support or web forms, we will review and process the request in accordance with applicable law and our operational/legal obligations.

Please note:

- gameplay data stored locally on your device can typically be removed by uninstalling the Game or clearing app storage

- Google Play Games Services data and other Google-managed data may also be subject to Google's own account, retention, and deletion controls

Important: If you intend to target children or join Google Play's Families program, this section and your SDK setup must be reviewed carefully before release.

8. Security

We take reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. International Processing

Your information may be processed in countries other than the country in which you live, including by our service providers and platform partners. Those countries may have data protection laws that differ from those in your jurisdiction.
